As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nick Vandetti - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.

Benefits offered : Health, Life, PTO, Profit Sharing. Salary range includes Base + Commissions based on experience

About Me: I have been a State Farm agent since 2012 Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, I have a deep understanding and appreciation for this community. I am a proud graduate of the University of South Florida and the father of two amazing twin girls. I enjoy spending time with my family and walking my two dogs.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
