Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable, ethical, and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our clients’ insurance needs and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
Provide accurate information about insurance products and services offered by the agency
Process policy changes, renewals, and claims in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain detailed and organized client records
Collaborate with agents and team members to resolve client inquiries and issues
Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in handling client information
Support daily office operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ethical standards and professionalism
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a related field, is a plus
Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
