The selected candidate will work in a part-time capacity at Store #3470, located at: 2851 College Drive, Rice Lake, WI 54868. Starting Pay: $16.26/hr or based on relevant experience. This role is essential for driving the success of our retail operation. Customer Service Representatives engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and offer tailored solutions. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction, while keeping yourself updated on product features and maintaining high standards in the store's appearance. Assist customers in-store and over the phone by assessing needs and recommending suitable products and services. Build positive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain complete and precise work order files and product formulas. Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications as needed. Stock shelves and set up engaging displays. Keep the store equipment clean and in good working order. Load and unload delivery trucks as required. Assist with deliveries as needed. Ensure assigned areas are stocked and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about products and their offerings to assist customers effectively. Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Propose strategies to improve sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends as required. If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, a meets expectations (3) rating on your latest performance appraisal is necessary. If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Prior experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is preferred. Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly valued.
