What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date Resolve product or service issues by identifying problems, recommending solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction Manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment, including order adjustments, confirmations, and scheduling for both dealers and individuals Respond promptly to inquiries regarding returns, warranties, and exchanges while maintaining professionalism and empathy Act as a key contact for product and technical questions, acquiring broad knowledge of company offerings and policies Contribute to the team by identifying sales opportunities and process improvements, and accomplishing related results as needed Maintain workflow efficiency with attention to deadlines and customer satisfaction Support a high standard of internal communication and collaboration to enhance the overall customer experience
What you’ll bring to the Customer Service Representative role: High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in both phone and in-person roles 50+ WPM typing speed with strong computer, phone, and office technology skills Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail Customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a call center or similar high-volume environment preferred Passion or familiarity with powersports is a plus
