Customer Service Representative

Join the energetic team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness as a Customer Service Representative overnight! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our members, ensuring a positive experience during their late-night workouts. Responsibilities: Greet and assist members with a warm and friendly demeanor. Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities. Process new memberships and renewals efficiently. Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance needs. Ensure safety protocols are followed during overnight hours. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Promote a positive and inclusive gym culture for all members. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus. Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym software. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends. Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
