Customer Service Representative, Medical Device - 252122

This newly created Customer Service role will join a growing European medical device company that is expanding operations in the US.
Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients (hospitals, doctors, etc.) by intaking and coordinating orders. Accounts receivable activities including generating and issuing invoices, follow up on payments, etc. Provide scheduling assistance for booking the surgery to ensure product will be available and be delivered to the surgery location. Coordinate with logistics and product managers/sales team to ensure product availability for the client timeline.
Qualifications 2-4 yrs customer service experience, ideally with experience supporting B2B clients/customers At least some experience related to accounts receivable / customer invoicing Associates or Bachelors Degree Strong MS Office, spreadsheets, computer skills Attention to detail Familiarity with ERP system is a Plus. Logistics background is helpful.
Position is fully Onsite 5 days/week.
