Responsibilities

  • Process policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and documentation updates
  • Educate clients on available coverage options and help them understand their policies
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding client needs
  • Support the sales team with customer retention and policy renewals
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality and compliance with insurance regulations

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service (insurance or financial services preferred)
