Core Responsibilities: Provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist customers both in person and over the phone by identifying their needs. Build strong, trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately according to policies and procedures. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and formulas. Select products from the sales floor or warehouse for customers. Tint and mix products as per customer specifications. Restock shelves and set up attractive displays. Ensure store equipment is clean and operational. Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed. Keep assigned areas in stock and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings to discuss options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Suggest ways to enhance sales processes and strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Authorized to work in the employment country without visa sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Availability to work all scheduled hours, including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
