Technical Sales Hybrid (Metro Detroit) $55,000 $65,000 Role Overview We are seeking an astute customer-focused CSR to support our client's technical sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between complex products and specialized customers, ensuring smooth order execution, swift issue resolution, and a consistently high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and product specifications. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product delivery and documentation. Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date customer interactions and order details. Prepare reports on customer feedback, delivery performance, and service metrics. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a technical or industrial setting. Strong understanding of logistics, sales, and inventory. Engage C suite & technical customers, providing professional, warm, personal experiences. Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems. Demonstrates strong knowledge acquisition and retention, with a clear understanding of units, SKUs, and advanced product catalogs.
