Summary : A Customer Service Representative in the Benefit Services Department, provides team and client administrative support. This position is responsible for maintaining Applied EPIC and Applied Benefit Designer, assisting with the proposal process, assisting with open enrollment process and carrier processing of enrollment.

Position Title: Customer Service Representative, Benefit Services
Position Type: Full-time, Nonexempt
Position Location: Burnsville, MN
Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.00 - Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Understand and actively work toward agency goals and strategies Understand and actively round accounts by offering additional agency services Maintain agency management system and other software programs as needed Process renewal documents as directed Prepare and finalize client proposals for delivery Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or other venues as needed Pull client information from carrier websites as directed Assist with department projects and events Complete additional projects as developed and assigned by your supervisor or management.
Qualifications: Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, able to navigate multiple websites, be highly confidential, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven Customer Service skills and possess at least intermediate Windows, MS Office and Adobe skills.
