Customer Service Representative $18/HR - IMMEDIATE HIRE We are hiring an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Chicago, IL. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Location: In-office in Chicago, IL Pay: $18 per hour Qualifications At least 2 years of customer service or office experience Ability to manage inbound calls Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities Develop knowledge of company products and services Handle calls and emails promptly and according to goals Document interactions following SOPs Answer customer questions about products, services, and store information Process orders, route calls, and follow up as needed Review and verify documentation for accuracy Process insurance verifications and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary Navigate multiple online EMR systems to retrieve documentation Enter and review information in EMR systems Resolve customer complaints and problems effectively Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits The pay range is $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for various benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Critical illness, accident, hospital coverage 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance and disability benefits Health Savings Account (HSA) Transportation benefits Employee Assistance Program Paid time off, vacation, sick leave Additional Details This is a full-time, in-office position in Chicago, IL.
