Overview As the Part Time Customer Service Lead, under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring, motivating, and encouraging associates to provide exceptional, friendly and professional customer service at all times. You’ll lead by example, approaching your work with Our Burlington philosophy and company core values in mind. Maintain a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions. Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence. Requirements Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
