Business Overview: DEHN Inc. is the USA subsidiary for DEHN SE (ISO 9001/14001certified). We focus on solutions for lightning and surge-related problems as they apply to the North American market. These solutions include education, technical assistance, system design, risk assessments and site surveys in addition to lightning and electrical surge protection products.
Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and versatile Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines exceptional customer support with proactive inside sales activities. The ideal candidate will thrive at building relationships, solving customer problems, and driving revenue growth by uncovering new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service (50%) Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve product/service questions, order issues, and account concerns with professionalism. Manage order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide product knowledge and support to help customers get the most value from our solutions. Inside Sales (50%) Conduct outbound calls/emails to existing customers and warm leads to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Qualify inbound leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team where needed. Meet or exceed monthly sales activity and revenue targets. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions. Track sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and report on progress in CRM.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Comfortable working with CRM and order management systems (Microsoft CRM, HubSpot, or similar) and Order Management Systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
