DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring an Customer Service / Call Center Representative.

• A positive, patient, and active listener
• Experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus!)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do:

• Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs
• Outbound Service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure seamless service experience
• Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
