Description: The Customer Service Associate (CSA) plays a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for guests. They ensure that every visitor receives a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and well-stocked service. CSAs support our brand standards by executing tasks in the Store Operating System, serving fresh food and beverages in a food-safe environment, and contributing to store goals and initiatives. Requirements: Guest Interaction: Deliver outstanding service with a welcoming attitude, always ready to assist guests and eager to enhance their experience. Safety Practices: Maintain safe working habits and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to management. Compliance: Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding restricted sales, such as alcohol and tobacco. Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food while adhering to food safety standards and obtain any required certifications. Cash Handling: Execute cash handling procedures accurately, ensuring complete accountability during your shift. Inventory Management: Keep store displays, coolers, and shelves fully stocked and organized. Sales Skills: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest purchases and encourage participation in loyalty programs. Store Cleanliness: Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms and the lobby, are cleaned regularly and maintained to high standards. Team Environment: Live our core values by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both team members and guests. Attendance: Adhere to the attendance policy, staying updated with company policies within the Team Member Handbook. Adaptability: Be open to new company initiatives and technologies, providing quality service and maintaining food offerings. Other Considerations: Must be able to climb a ladder and handle various physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning. The position may expose you to various weather conditions and require the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
