Customer Service BDC Agent Full Time

We are looking for a Service BDC Agent to join our team! We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  1. Answer all incoming service calls
  2. Schedule service appointments
  3. Make outbound reminder and followup calls
  4. Provide excellent customer service
  5. Update customer information and maintain call logs

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Team player
  • Organized and reliable
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required)
  • Will train the right candidate
