MUST LIVE WITHIN 25 MILES OF ALPHARETTA, GA. THIS ROLE IS FULLY ONSITE
Pay: $21/hr - BA DEGREE REQUIRED
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday: Shifts vary between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and 11:00 AM-8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Saturdays: Required 2-3 times/month , 8:00 AM-12:00 PM (overtime) Flexibility is essential as schedules may change based on business needs Key Responsibilities: Handle 200+ daily inbound/outbound calls with customers 5-29 days past due Identify the root cause of delinquency and negotiate solutions Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support center objectives related to delinquency management Qualifications: Strong verbal communication and phone skills Ability to multitask (talk and type simultaneously) Customer-focused with a self-starter mindset Open to feedback , adaptable to change, and eager to learn Required: 4-year college degree
