Cullman- Facilities Maintenance Tech - Part Time

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Tech. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality throughout the dealership. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Perform light maintenance tasks and minor repairs
• Report any safety hazards, needed repairs, or supply shortages to management
• Maintain janitorial equipment and supplies in good working condition
• Refill supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Assist with setup or cleanup for special events, as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
• Forklift Certification is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, climbing, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
