What You'll Do:
Take charge of your own caseload with autonomy and support
Appear in court for arraignments, pretrials, motion hearings, and trials
Negotiate fiercely with prosecutors and advocate effectively for your clients
Develop winning strategies, draft persuasive motions, and conduct legal research
Keep your clients informed and empowered throughout their case
Be part of a team that’s got your back — in court and beyond
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed CA attorney with 1–5 years of experience in criminal defense
Solid courtroom chops and a confident presence
Strong legal writing, motion practice, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a full caseload independently
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a major plus
Trial experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker — we’ll help you get there
