Description: The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive and compassionate care to patients. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care. The nurse administers medications and treatments safely and accurately. The nurse coordinates with physicians, healthcare providers, and families to support recovery and health management. The nurse ensures timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes. The nurse monitors patient progress and responds effectively to changes in condition. The nurse upholds safety protocols, infection prevention, and best practices in patient care. The nurse contributes to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment. Other duties may be assigned to ensure high-quality care delivery.
