Pay or shift range: $22.02 USD to $28.63 USD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Responsible for analyzing and compiling information to close mortgage loans and to assure the accuracy of all documents, funding, and booking for Retail Lending. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Schedules, coordinates, prepares and funds mortgage loan closings Reviews all loan pre- and post-closing documents for completeness, accuracy and quality Complete verifications of employment and payoff requests for loan closings Monitor and ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met Communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, builders and agents Keep up with the changing policies and procedures, regulations applicable to the bank and mortgage industry Education and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience Knowledge of customer service principles 2-3 years of related mortgage/loan experience Strong attention to detail Relevant computer skills Physical Demands
