As the Specialist for Corporate & Retail Events, youll be the go-to person for planning and executing internal meetings and eventswhether in-person, hybrid, or virtual. Youll manage logistics from start to finish, support larger-scale events, and collaborate with teams to create memorable experiences. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What youll do Lead planning and execution for small to mid-sized internal events Coordinate logistics like registration, catering, transportation, and AV support Support large-scale events as part of a collaborative planning team Build strong relationships with vendors and internal partners Stay curiousexplore new tech and best practices to keep events fresh Travel for events and occasionally work evenings or weekends Basic qualifications 1+ years of experience in meeting or event planning Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable working independently and with a team Able to lift up to 20 lbs Preferred qualifications Experience with Cvent Graphic design skills Whats in it for you Were committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
