Job Summary The Advocate Center is the state-of-the-art training facility and headquarters for the Chicago Bulls. Located in Chicago's West Loop, the facility supports the team's performance, recovery, and nutrition needs with top-tier amenities and personalized service. Position Summary: The Cook is overseeing a designated kitchen area. This role is responsible for preparing ingredients, executing recipes, and ensuring kitchen standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily food preparation in a specific production area. Follow production sheets and standardized recipes to ensure quality and consistency. Determine quantities and manage ingredients and supplies. Ensure cleanliness, safety and sanitation are maintained throughout all areas, but not limited to the dish area, front of house and kitchen. Promote and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients. Ensure accurate temperature recording and data sheets to comply with Levy&local safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the chef team. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of related culinary experience or training. Familiarity with culinary terminology and kitchen operations.
