We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful contract recruiter to help us build a strong pipeline of retail talent as we continue to grow. This is a part-time, contract-based role focused on finding and placing top-tier candidates for key store leadership and support roles—especially as we open new stores and backfill critical positions. Responsibilities and Description: 15–20 hours/week contract role Performance-based comp structure with placement bonuses Focused on Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Ambassador roles Ability to build and maintain pipeline of talent for the company’s stores Key player in supporting new store openings and growth Potential to grow into a full-time role based on results Flexible location (St. Louis preferred but not required) Qualifications: Above all, a person who joins our team must be three things: humble, hungry, smart (we stole that from a book written by a guy much smarter than us).
