As Senior Superintendent, you will lead all field operations on large-scale or multi-phase data center programs (1–20+ MW). From groundbreaking to IT load turnover, you’ll own site execution, mentor superintendent teams, and ensure delivery that meets or exceeds Uptime Tier, TIA-942, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop site logistics, sequencing strategies, and safety programs in alignment with project leadership. Direct field teams and subcontractors through critical MEP installation, energization, and commissioning readiness. Oversee long-lead equipment procurement, factory witness testing, rigging, and installation. Manage system start-up, functional testing, and commissioning (Levels 1–5), including IST punch and retest cycles. Ensure compliance with Uptime Tier design intent, ANSI/TIA-942 rating goals, and ASHRAE TC 9.9 environmental standards. Approve MOP/SOP/EOPs for all critical activities, cutovers, and live energization. Coordinate with client operations, utilities, and AHJs for inspections, energization, and occupancy approvals. Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to align with budgets and plans. Mentor and develop assistant and project superintendents, cultivating the next generation of mission-critical leaders. Qualifications

Required 10+ years in construction supervision, including 5+ years in mission-critical/data center environments. Proven leadership on $50M+ projects or multi-MW programs. Deep knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning sequences, and redundancy topologies. OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and advanced safety leadership credentials. Proficiency with P6, MS Project, Procore, and field productivity tools.

Preferred Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier standards, ANSI/TIA-942, and ASHRAE TC 9.9. Experience with live facility construction and phased handovers. Lean/continuous improvement certifications.
