Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Lakeville, MN. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of commercial construction projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. 3+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management from a General Contractor. Proven expertise in commercial construction and project management. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Commercial TI and Ground-up projects as a project manager for a general contractor. Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
