- Commercial construction experience, ground-up or renovation project experience
- 3+ years as a Project Manager
- Estimating and/or conceptual estimating
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage or similar
- Lead commercial construction projects from precon-closeout
- Develop/Manage project schedules, budgets, qc, while monitoring cost and profit
- Process and manage subcontractor payments
- Be primary POC for clients/project owners
- Lead meetings and provide updates
- Review construction documentation, specs, and ensure compliance
- Manage documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout activities
- Growing GC in the greater Phoenix, AZ market
