Job Description
- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from precon to closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate with field teams, clients, and design partners to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee procurement, change orders, and contract documentation.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld throughout the project.

The Successful Applicant
Candidate should be an experienced and proactive construction professional with a strong background in managing commercial projects. They should be highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of leading teams, resolving issues, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
