What Youll Do: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for special education services
Provide individual and small-group counseling as needed
Write psychological reports that are clear, insightful, and useful to educators and families
Participate in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings, offering expertise to help guide student support plans
Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to design and implement effective interventions
Support crisis response efforts and behavior planning
Offer consultation to staff on student mental health, learning differences, and classroom strategies
What Were Looking For: A valid CT 070 School Psychologist certification
Experience working with students at the middle or high school level (preferred)
Strong skills in psychoeducational testing, report writing, and team collaboration
Comfort with managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
A proactive, compassionate, and student-first mindset
