Role Summary: As our Compensation & Benefits Administrator , you'll develop and manage the reward programs that help us attract, retain, and support exceptional healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Design and administer health, life, disability, and retirement programs Benchmark and recommend enhancements to ensure competitive benefits Ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA Communicate benefit updates clearly and effectively to staff Manage payroll deduction flows and provider partnerships Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Finance or related) 2 to 4 years in compensation or benefits roles Deep understanding of benefit regulations; SHRM-CP/SCP preferred Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills

Pay Transparency: In Denver, CO, a reasonable pay range for this role is $67,000-$73,000/year . Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and skill level.
