Join us as a Sales & Marketing Assistant!
In this role, you’ll help keep our community vibrant by supporting the sales team, engaging with new prospects, and assisting with move-ins and move-outs. You'll also help coordinate follow-ups, tours, events, and more to support the overall occupancy and success of the community.
This is a fully on-site position.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Sales Team to maintain 95%+ occupancy
Plan and coordinate events that attract new prospects and showcase our community
Build relationships with families and community partners to create positive awareness
Conduct personalized tours, uncover prospects' needs, and communicate how our offerings fit
Respond to inquiries, schedule and lead visits, and manage deposits, paperwork, and move-in logistics
Ensure the community presents a welcoming, polished, and professional first impression
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience from inquiry to move-in
Is This You?
Background in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service—senior living or healthcare experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you love connecting with people
Organized, proactive, and positive with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working occasional weekends or flexible hours to support community needs
Passionate about helping seniors and making a difference in their lives
