Dover Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our communication efforts and ensuring smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for effective communication, making them a key player in enhancing our internal and external messaging.
Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule safety presentations and internal events
Track and maintain event logs and program metrics
Record and organize customer survey responses
Pack and mail materials (light lifting required) Monitor and respond to email, phone, and online communications
Create and manage professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Dependable and reliable work ethic
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Capacity to absorb and apply new tools, styles, and creative trends
Quick learner with strong adaptability
Collaborative team player
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, or Marketing
