Commercial Maintenance Technician (2 Openings)

Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour

Company Vehicle & Tools Provided

Full-Time | 1st Shift

Schedule: 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Night and weekend availability required

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Commercial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing facilities team. Technicians will travel locally between commercial sites using a company-provided vehicle to perform essential maintenance, repairs, and inspections that ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across multiple trades

Complete light plumbing work including unclogging, valve and fixture repair

Conduct general repairs to walls, flooring, doors, and paint/drywall touch-ups

Handle basic electrical tasks such as replacing switches, outlets, and fixtures

Utilize mobile devices to manage work orders, time tracking, and reporting

Maintain clean and safe work environments across customer sites

Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients

Estimate materials and labor for larger maintenance projects as needed

What You Bring

2–5 years of general maintenance or trade experience

Experience in commercial facility environments preferred

Comfort with mobile technology and Microsoft Office tools

Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety procedures

Valid driver’s license and relevant trade certifications
