We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with insurance inquiries, policies, and claims in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns regarding commercial insurance policies.
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and premium payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information.
Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development and cross-selling opportunities.
Handle insurance claims by guiding clients through the process and liaising with insurance adjusters as needed.
Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, regulations, and policy coverage to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Compensation Package
Compensation: Between $50K-$60K (based on experience).
