What We're Looking For: Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. License: An active Property & Casualty license is required. Technological Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with Applied EPIC, MS Office, Outlook, various carrier websites, and other relevant software systems crucial for the role. Account Management: Experience managing a diverse book of business, ideally focusing on small to medium-sized accounts. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with producers and administrative support teams to ensure cohesive client service and operational efficiency. Provide expert assistance and strategic guidance to clients regarding new and renewal business, as well as policy modifications, ensuring their evolving needs are met. Conduct thorough policy reviews and expertly process transactions, maintaining client and company records with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
