Commercial Insurance Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage a well-established book of business. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance, including both admitted and non-admitted markets. The ideal candidate is a client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at maintaining strong carrier and client relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage an existing book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring timely servicing and high client retention.Handle both new and renewal business, including marketing, quoting, coverage reviews, and processing endorsements.Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a proactive service approach.Review insurance contracts and policies for accuracy and completeness.Prepare and complete certificates of insurance, proposals, policy summaries, and coverage reviews.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cancellations, claims, audits, billing, and carrier coordination.Collaborate with internal teams to support agency goals and contribute to revenue growth.Stay current on industry trends, products, and market developments.Qualifications/RequirementsActive Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience working with multiple commercial lines of coverage, including admitted and non-admitted carriers.Prior experience managing a large, established book of business in a brokerage setting.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a client-facing role.Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze policy language and coverage terms.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.#LI-IP1
