Job Overview Precise Mechanical Services, a trusted family-owned HVAC and refrigeration contractor with over 32 years of service excellence, is looking for two experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. Based in Thornton, CO, this full-time position involves servicing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems-including chillers, boilers, and air handlers. Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of HVAC systems, including:- Residential and commercial A/C and furnace systems- Boiler and chiller systems- Commercial refrigeration units and restaurant equipment- Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repair needs- Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals- Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong communication with clients and team members- Participate in a rotating Saturday on-call schedule- Adhere to safety procedures and industry regulations- Maintain and track company-provided tools and equipment
Qualifications- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in a commercial setting.- EPA certification required- High school diploma or GED required- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities- Must have own basic tools- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
