A leading mechanical contractor with a portfolio of multi-billion-dollar commercial projects is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team at our U.S. Caribbean branch . Position Type: Full-Time Location: U.S. Caribbean Industry: Commercial Construction – HVAC Service & Repair About the Role: We are looking for a skilled technician with a minimum of 5 years of recent, verifiable experience servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, and chiller systems . Ideal candidates have worked on large-scale commercial projects such as hospitals, airports, schools , and similar facilities. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience in commercial buildings

Strong knowledge of chiller systems, air handlers, rooftop units, and control systems

Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems efficiently

Experience with large commercial facilities is required
