Job Description

The Commercial Assistant Project Manager will be expected to:

  • Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Track project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to streamline workflows.
  • Support the procurement of materials and services needed for the project.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
