We are seeking a skilled Cold Storage Warehouse Pharmacy Technician for a 6-month contract in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will manage inventory within cold and dry storage environments, ensuring the integrity and timely movement of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals. This hands-on position requires physical stamina and meticulous attention to detail.

Cold Storage Warehouse Pharmacy Technician (6-Month Contract) Location: Nashville, TN Contract Length: ASAP start through end of January 2026 Shifts: Flexible day/evening shifts with rotating weekends (details pending) Key Responsibilities: Receive, stock, and move materials in cold storage freezers (-20C to -30C) and dry storage Handle 100-150 units (approx. 20 lbs each) on/off carts daily Track and manage thaw times for cold chain products, placing them correctly in refrigerators Operate manual pallet jacks and powered forklifts for inventory movement Pack and prepare pharmaceutical shipments for FedEx transport Organize shipments on pallets and coordinate pickups with FedEx Follow strict temperature monitoring and equipment validation protocols Maintain accurate inventory logs and support traceability efforts Required Skills & Qualifications: Valid Tennessee pharmacy technician license Strong warehouse and inventory management experience Cold chain handling experience is a major plus Physical ability to work in extreme cold for short periods and climb ladders safely Ability to keep pace in a high-volume environment Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required Important: Resumes must explicitly note inventory management duties to be considered.
