Job Title: Cold Prep Cook

Job Description

As a Cold Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing cold food items, such as salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts. You will ensure these items are ready for service and meet specific quality and safety standards. You will follow recipes, manage ingredients, and maintain a clean workstation.

Essential Skills

Experience as a line cook or in foodservice.

Proficiency in food preparation, specifically cold prep.

Ability to make salads, sandwiches, and appetizers.

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Good customer service skills.

1 year of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a school campus setting is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a school campus setting, with shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. Embrace a fast-paced atmosphere where teamwork and efficiency are key.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
