Job Title: Cog Retail Clerk

Job Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

As a member of the Cog Railway team member, you will work in the iconic gift shop where you will be able to provide top notch hospitality and welcome guests into a gift shop representing the sheer beauty, excitement, and scenic grandeur of Pikes Peak & the Cog Railway.

What you will be doing: Assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, answering customers' questions regarding location, price, and use of merchandise. Greet customers on sales floor. Operate cash register and obtain payment or credit authorization. Wrap or bag merchandise for customers as needed. Process returns and exchanges. Prepare end-of-shift deposit of payments. Stock and restock product as necessary; maintain product displays. Take inventory of stock and requisition merchandise from stockroom. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines All other duties assigned by Park Supervisors and Park Manager Performs other duties as assigned. What we are looking for: High school diploma or General Education Degree, preferably with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
