Cocktail Server - Bear Mountain Starting at $19/hour. Mandatory tip split position. Seasonal position. Weekends and holidays are required. Summary: Cocktail Servers will be required to interact with many guests daily and will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly attitude. It will be crucial that this position maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the bar's spirits and drink mixes to up-sell specials and major sponsorship drinks. You should also be able to work various shifts including late nights and extended hours when needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list. All other duties assigned by leadership are expected to be completed as requested): Check guests Identification and ensure their age meets the legal drinking age. Uphold the companies two (2) drink per person policy Greets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely manner Interact with the customers, take orders and serve drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations with your knowledge of the venue's menu. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for the bar our guests Cleaning, clearing tables, and returning bar glasses to dish pit for cleaning Responsible for keeping venue clean and organized per company standards Apply to Levy today!
