About the Role:

The Coating Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all coating operations within the manufacturing or production environment to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to safety and environmental standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in coatings, painting, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coating operations or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in supervising or leading a team in an industrial or production setting.
• Strong understanding of coating materials, application techniques, and quality control methods.
• Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations related to coating processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in industrial technology, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certification in coating technologies or industrial safety (e.g., NACE Coating Inspector certification).
• Experience with automated coating equipment and process control systems.
• Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with production management software and data analysis tools.
