Position Summary/Department Summary:We are seeking a 40- hour social worker that will provide a range of clinical social work services and case management to our patients and their families in the PACU of the soon to open Needham satellite of Boston Children’s Hospital (free parking!)Key Responsibilities:Psychosocial screening and assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitation of use of hospital and community servicesActing as a resource information and referral program developmentPsychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary teams Minimum QualificationsEducation:Master’s degree in social work.
