Your Impact We're seeking independently licensed clinicians who are eager to make a positive difference and grow with us. Specifically, we're looking for: Providers committed to handling 25+ sessions weekly.
Behavioral health generalists, including those open to working with couples and children, with our assistance.
Clinicians who appreciate autonomy but also enjoy collaboration within a team setting.
Individuals interested in taking on clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
Those who uphold strong values such as integrity, openness, and a dedication to quality care.
Requirements: Must have an active and unrestricted LICSW license in Massachusetts.
Must reside in and be licensed within the state where services are rendered.
Compensation & Benefits: You can earn up to $124,300 based on your licensure, session volume, and additional bonus opportunities. As a W2 employee, you'll also enjoy: A $7,500 ramp stipend for conducting 25+ clinical hours weekly.
Guaranteed bi-weekly pay (no waiting for reimbursements).
