We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nurse III to join our Maternal Special Care team. Job Responsibilities: Implement physician orders and effectively administer medications and treatments while ensuring adherence to company policy and regulatory standards. Evaluate and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions accurately. Continuously assess patient needs and responses to care for optimized treatment outcomes. Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care management. Provide comprehensive primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational health issues. Administer medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, in accordance with physician orders. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized Plans of Care for patients. Guide and oversee ancillary personnel, maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree. Current NYS Registered Nurse license is mandatory. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained and maintained. A minimum of 1-3 years clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care settings is required. Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and techniques is beneficial to enhance patient care quality.
