Position Details: Work Shift: Day (7a-7:30p, with weekend and holiday commitments) Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61 (24 hours/week) As a Clinical Nurse III, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care in a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing physician orders and administering medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and regulations. Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to understand patient conditions. Assessing patient needs and measuring responses to care provided. Making informed nursing judgments to manage patient care effectively. Providing emergency and primary care for various injuries and illnesses. Administering prescribed medications and overseeing ancillary staff to uphold professional nursing standards. Collaborating proactively with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for each patient. Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree). Current New York State Registered Nurse license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care. Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills. Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and ability to apply them in patient care.
