Facility: A faith-based, not for profit mental health agency located in Chicago’s North Lawndale community, providing clinical and psycho educational services to families from varying Chicago neighborhoods for over 20 years.
Opportunity : Case Manager for Mobile Crisis Program * Full time, employed position * Schedule: 24/7 program; flexible day or night shifts, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am. 3 shifts per week * Team will consist of a Case Manager, Social Worker (MSW) and a Supervisor (either LCSW or LCPC) * Will service Cook County and Lawndale area
Compensation : Annual salary of $50,000 with comprehensive benefits available.
