What You Will Bring To The Organization Answers participant inquires coming from the Contact Us form in the 2023 Canada Monopoly Game Uses ZenDesk app to answer ticket(s) Uses Customer Contact Tool (CCT) to view participant game information.
Uses resources available on TEAMS site (FAQS, Rules, Macro list, prize redemption list, etc.) to solve issues. Independently resolve inquiries by clarifying the customers complaint, using CCT to view a participants record, then selecting the best macro (prepared response) to respond to the ticket ensure resolution. Understand process to escalate tickets that are within unsolved categories.
